This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Profane vandalism

Unprotect Request File:Flag of Kosovo.svg

I'm unclear as to why this was protected in the first place and though it says it is semi protected it has been indefinitely fully protected. The file needs some code reduction. I'm happy to do so but currently cannot. SVG flag maker (talk) 07:00, 13 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Aside about Auditor and XReport

Maybe, but in this case it would have helped a lot more to indicate a couple of examples of files that fit the pattern, because I checked a couple and they did not obviously do so. Reason for reporting: Apparently a sockpuppet (Category:Sockpuppets of Saranphat chaiphet) created for block evasion, because this user has been trying to upload exactly the same copyright violation files which are related to Nan Province in the same manner as the socks in the mentioned category, not to mention that his username is also similar to the usernames of the socks in that category, such as Max-PickUp2025 (talk · contribs), Max-Oil2024 (talk · contribs), Upper2024 (talk · contribs), etc, which indicates their relationship.
